Refund and Shipping Policy


It is our goal to always delight you with your My Day Screen® products. We feel confident that you will see and feel our commitment and dedication to this goal in every My Day Screen® product. However, we realize there are times that you may need to return or exchange an item, please review the information below: 

  •  Returns must be made within 21 days of your receipt date for a refund or exchange.
  • If your item was damaged or unusable upon receipt, please contact us within three days of receiving your package at so that we can address your need promptly.
  • To be eligible for a refund or exchange, an item must be at least half full to receive credit for a refund. The return of empty or near empty packaging will not qualify for a refund or exchange.
  • Items that qualify for return may be exchanged for items of the same retail value.
  • Items purchased at a 20% or more discount are non-refundable.
  • A return fee of $10.00 will be deducted from the refundable amount for each item. The fee covers the cost of shipping, handling, and the unusability of the returned item.
  • Gift cards are non-refundable.
  • Returns and refunds may not apply for certain promotions.
  • Rewards points: the same number of Rewards points earned on a purchase will be deducted from the Rewards account when a product is returned for refund.   
  • Please note on the packing slip the reason for the return. Please mail your return to:

  • Please make sure to record your tracking number. Unfortunately, we cannot be responsible for lost packages.
  • All returns will be credited to the original credit card used at the time of purchase.
  • Returns will be processed within 10 business days of our office receiving your item.
  • Please allow at least 2 billing cycles for the credit adjustment to appear on your credit card statement.
  • Please do not mail any packages C.O.D., as they cannot be accepted.

Only items purchased on the website may be accepted for a return.  Items purchased from outside vendors or retailers will not qualify for a refund through the ecommerce platform. Amazon purchases will follow the refund policies associated with our Amazon store. 



We offer standard shipping - usually through USPS. The cost of shipping will vary depending upon the weight of the package, location, inclusion of promotional item, etc. Generally, you can expect to pay $6-$7 for shipping one product. (Rates will vary.) Shipping is free for product purchases $50 and over. Shipping times may range from 3-7 days depending upon time of year, location, shipment day, etc.
