We offer standard shipping.

Do you offer free shipping?

My Day Screen® offers free standard US ground shipping on orders that total $50 or more.

Do you ship internationally?

We only offer shipping in US at this time.

How can I track my order/package?

You'll receive an email with your tracking number once your order has shipped.

Do I need to set up an account?

Nope! You can check out as a guest if you'd like. However, if you'd like to create an account to keep track of your order history, you may so here.

How do I change my account details?

Log into your account by visiting this page. You will see all addresses listed under your account and can change your details here. Your email address cannot be changed within your account, so if you need to update that, please contact us.

I forgot my username or password. What should I do?

Your username is your email address, so that will be easy to remember! If you forget your password, head over to the sign-in page and click the "Forgot your password?" link. Enter in your email address and you will receive a link to reset your password in your email. 

Reward Program

What is the My Day Screen® Rewards Program?

My Day Screen® Rewards is our way of saying thank you to our loyal customers. As a member of the program, you can earn points for social sharing, product purchases, etc. and can use them for discounts, free products, etc.  You will also receive exclusive offers and be informed of new products and promotions before non-Members, via email.

How do I use points?

You can earn points by completing the activities that are shown under ‘How can I Earn Points?’ on the Rewards page of the website.

How do I refer a friend?

To refer a friend:  

+Click on the ‘Rewards’ widget at the bottom of your screen & log in or create an account.

+Select ‘Refer A Friend’ option

+Choose your option for referring

+When each friend joins & uses their discount on product purchases, you earn 50 points!

How many points do I have?

You can view how many points you have by clicking the “My Rewards” widget on your screen or visiting your profile.

How do I redeem points?

You can redeem your points by clicking the “My Rewards” widget on your screen or by visiting your profile.

Do points expire/ How long are points valid for?

During the first year of the Rewards Program, your points will not expire. Points may expire in successive years. Check your profile or visit 'My Rewards' to determine the status of your points. 

How are points calculated?

Members will receive 10 points for every $1 they spend on a product. Completion of different activities will be rewarded with different point values. See which activities will earn points by going to your “My Rewards” widget or by visiting your profile.

When do my points appear in my account?

After you have completed a qualifying activity, you will receive an email letting you know that you have received those points. Points should appear in your account within 30 minutes of completing the activity.

It says I've spent points/ haven't spent points and I did/did not spend points, what do I do?

If you have completed a qualifying activity and did not receive your points, email: support@mydayscreen.com with your situation.

I forgot my login for my rewards, what do I do?

If you forget your login information, just select the 'Forgot Username' or 'Forgot Password' options and follow the prompts to uncover your username or create a new password.

Are there any requirements to become a member?

We ask that you represent you are at least the age of majority in your state or province of residence, or that you are the age of majority in your state or province of residence and you have given us your consent to allow any of your minor dependents to use this site. By enrolling in our Rewards program, you agree (or, if you are a Minor, your parent or legal guardian agrees) to be bound by these terms and conditions. To enroll in the Program, you must provide your first name, last name, mailing address, and phone number.

What if I forgot to use my offers/points?

Once a purchase is complete, you will not be able to apply Rewards points to that purchase.

Can I combine discounts/offers (use multiple rewards at once)?

Rewards and offers cannot be combined. Only one reward can be redeemed in any one transaction.

What items do not qualify for point redemption?

You may not use your points for shipping charges, taxes, or sample pack orders.

Can my friend or family member use my points or discounts?

Sorry, points are not transferable to other individuals.

How will my personal information be used?

The information you provide as a member of the Program will be handled according to My Day Screen® privacy policy.

I need to return/cancel an order, what happens to my points?

Points earned for a purchase that is then the subject of a return, refund, returned check due to non-sufficient funds, or other credit will be deducted from the Member's account in an amount equal to the points earned for the original transaction.

Do I receive points for my birthday when I enter the date or when my birthday occurs?

You will receive points for your birthday when it occurs.

I just signed up but I did not receive the points for signing up. What do I do?

After you sign up for an account in the Rewards program, you should receive an email to activate your account. Use the link to the site: www.mydayscreen.com, click on the 'Rewards' widget at the bottom of the screen and click the button to verify your account. Check your junk mail box for the email if you do not see it in your inbox.

Make sure you click the 'subscribe' button next to Terms & Conditions in the Rewards widget to ensure you receive emails to verify your point activity.
