Terms & Conditions: Rewards Program


MEMBERSHIP

 

1. Free Membership.

No purchase is necessary to start and continue a membership in the My Day Screen™ Rewards program.

 

2. Eligibility. 

You represent that you are at least the age of majority in your state or province of residence, or that you are the age of majority in your state or province of residence and you have given us your consent to allow any of your minor dependents to use this site. By enrolling in our Rewards program, you agree (or, if you are a Minor, your parent or legal guardian agrees) to be bound by these terms and conditions. To enroll in the Program, you must provide your first name, last name, mailing address, and phone number. The Program is void where prohibited by law. A person may not be a member of more than one My Day Screen™ Rewards Program account. Members are entitled to only one Member Account.

 

3. Starting a Membership

You may sign up to become a member of the Program by visiting www.mdayscreen.com . You can sign up using the pop up message, the Rewards widget at the bottom of the homepage, the JOIN button on the Rewards page, or the sign up at the footer of the homepage. In order to start earning points, you must create an account by hitting “join now”.

 

4. Membership Account

Each My Day Screen™ Rewards member will receive their own personal account that is unique to each member... Points earned by a member are not transferable to other accounts. 

 

5. Member Information 

Members must keep their Member Account information up-to-date by visiting the My Day Screen™ website. Enrolled members of the program must be logged in to see their individual points and rewards. Members too can update their personal profile with their birthday and other information. The information you provide as a member of the Program will be handled according to My Day Screen™ privacy policy. 

 

6. Online Account Maintenance.

You may also view your My Day Screen™ Rewards points balance, transaction history, profile, and eligibility for bonus offers on the Website by logging in and clicking on the "My Rewards" link on the homepage.

 

EARNING POINTS

1. General.

Members can earn My Day Screen™ Rewards points on all products and services except gift cards. For all activities to earn points, you must be a registered member of the program. You must be signed into your personal account to receive any credit for your purchases or earn points for activities.

 

2. Earning Rate.

My Day Screen™ Rewards Points. Members earn ten (10) points for every one dollar ($1) spent when they purchase any qualifying product on the My Day Screen™ website. Points can also be rewarded by completing activities listed on the main page of our Rewards program.

 

3. Returns.

Points earned for a purchase that is then the subject of a return, refund, returned check due to non-sufficient funds, or other credit will be deducted from the Member's account in an amount equal to the points earned for the original transaction.

 

REDEEMING POINTS

1.General.

Points earned by a Member may be redeemed: (i) for discounts, (ii) on a gift card, (iii) for a free product based on the required minimum point value for that product, and/or (iv) for special offers available on a limited basis.

 

2. Point Redemptions.

 Members can use their points to redeem the specific rewards down below:

  • 1000 points = 10% off
  • 1500 points = 15% off
  • 2000 points = 20% off
  • 2000 points = $10 Gift Card
  • 2500 points = 25% off
  • 3200 points = Free $32 Spend

Rewards cannot be combined to create larger discounts. Rewards cannot be transferred to other members who are involved in the program. 

 

3. Gift cards.

Points can be used towards the purchase of gift cards. You may redeem 2000 points for a $10 gift card.

 

4. Redemption Online.

Members can redeem their points on any qualifying purchase made online at www.mydayscreen.com. To redeem points towards a purchase online, a Member must be enrolled and logged into their personal account. Points may be redeemed on the purchase price of qualifying products only and cannot be used towards the payment of sales tax or shipping and handling charges. 

 

5. Exclusions.

Points accumulated on different Accounts of different Members may not be combined or aggregated to make purchases of products and services or for any other reason. Points earned in a transaction cannot be redeemed in the same transaction.

 

GENERAL

By joining the My Day Screen™ Rewards Program, you agree to be bound by the terms and conditions set forth in these Program rules. My Day Screen™ reserves the right to cancel, modify, or restrict My Day Screen™ Rewards or any aspect of the Program, including, without limitation, the point conversion ratio and the point expiration policy at any time. Any changes can be made without advance notice. My Day Screen™ may make these changes even though such changes may affect the Member's ability to use points already accumulated. You are responsible for remaining knowledgeable about the Program Terms and Conditions. My Day Screen™ reserves the right to determine the amount of points in any Member's account based on My Day Screen™  internal records related to such Member's account. In the event of an inconsistency between the amount accrued in a Member's account as stated on any Member's receipt and My Day Screen’s™ internal records, My Day Screen™ internal records will control. My Day Screen™ assumes no responsibility for errors caused by incorrect Member information. Your right to transfer points earned or granted under the Program is strictly limited. The sale of points is prohibited and may result in the confiscation or cancellation of your points as well as suspension or termination of your membership, which in each case shall be final and conclusive. My Day Screen™ may revoke any Member's membership in My Day Screen™ Rewards at any time if such Member engages in abuse of the Program or fails to follow the terms and conditions of the Program. Fraud or abuse relating to the accrual of points or redemption of rewards may result in revocation of membership in the Program and may affect a Member's eligibility for participation in any other My Day Screen™ program. My Day Screen™ Rewards points are non-transferable and cannot be redeemed for cash. The interpretation and application of the Program's Terms and Conditions are at the sole discretion and determination of My Day Screen™.
